CATERING

NorthStar Entertainment provides a variety of choices to create an excellent buffet. Our buffet styles allow you to have a hassle free meal. Items are served on buffet tables in appropriate containers. Our courteous and professional catering staff will arrange your buffet tables in an effective and decorative manner. Included in the cost of the food are: disposable plates, utensils, napkins, chaffing dishes, serving dishes, decorations, all necessary condiments, all equipment needed (grills etc.), cooks and clean-up crew. We specialize in on-site catering. (Drop off menu is also available.) We will grill the food at your location or prepared foods can be delivered to you. Servers are available to assist with the buffet for $18 per hour. At least one server is required for on-site catering. All our tasty foods are served fresh on an unlimited basis for 2 hours. Our buffet presentation is coordinated to compliment your theme or occasion. New items are added on occasion. Please call us if you do not see what you are looking for. At NorthStar Entertainment, we allow you to choose a menu that suits you. Prices are dependent upon menu selections and the number of guests you are catering for. Prices are subject to sales tax, gratuity and set up and delivery charges.

Pig Roaster

This large tow behind pig roaster can hold up to a 150lb pig, 30 slabs of ribs, or several chickens. It uses charcoal or propane. Comes with both motorized spit and basket.

Inflatable Bar

This bar is about 15 feet wide and about 3 feet deep. It has a built in ice bin and two removable speed racks to make your bartending easy. The top of the bar is strong enough to hold plenty of cups, condiments and appetizers. Very sturdy and attractive.
